The best nannies choose to find work through a childcare placement agency. This is where they are the most advocated for, appreciated, and fairly compensated. The extensive measures taken regarding professional screening and thorough reference checking weed out other poor candidates, therefor strengthening the candidate pool giving you peace of mind.

PART + FULL TIME PLACEMENTS
We have three packages for both full and part time placements at The Nanny Collection, each varying replacement periods. This means that if you are unsatisfied with your nanny for any reason within this timeframe, we will send you a new one entirely free of charge.

For a 30 day (1 month) replacement period, the agency fee is $3,000 with $500 of this to be paid up front, and the remainder to be billed by the first day that the nanny commences employment.

For a 90 day (3 months) replacement period, the agency fee is $3,500 with $500 of this to be paid up front, and the remainder to be billed by the first day that the nanny commences employment.

For a 180 day (6 month) replacement period, the agency fee is $3,750 with $500 of this to be paid up front, and the remainder to be billed by the first day that the nanny commences employment.
This fee covers all of our services (including a police grade background check, reference checks, certification/employment/education verifications, free educator produced curriculum, contracts, ongoing professional development, and much, much more), which is further discussed on this website. Once the nanny is sent to you, you would be responsible for paying their hourly rate. We are seeing that many professional caregivers in the Clarksville area are charging an hourly rate of $18-$22+ an hour, and recommend staying in or above this range in order to attract the best providers possible. For Chattanooga, we see this hourly rate to be closer to $20-$24+.
Do you only need a Temporary Nanny (1-4 months)? See The Package Below.
*We will not accept clients needing less than 15 hours of care a week, with the exception that the family would be offering guaranteed pay for at least that amount of time.*
TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS
Temporary nannies are considered to be individuals who provide care on a part or full time schedule, but only for a brief, predetermined period of time. At The Nanny Collection, we define a temporary placement as a placement with a contract lasting between 1 and 4 months.

For a Temporary Placement (lasting 1-4 months), the agency fee is 20% of your care providers gross wages during the period of time predetermined at the time of registration, with a minimum placement fee of $1,000. $500 of this is to be paid up front, and the remainder to be billed by the first day that the nanny commences employment.

Any family looking to employ a nanny for longer than 4 months will be required to continue the placement process as a family in search of a full or part time nanny placement.
